EXECUTIVESUMMARY
Rationale
The development of well-being of people, Pra Pai SanWisalo showed his
idea that. "Persons would be happy, they should have the intelligence as the basis,
have the positive thinking, intelligent thinking process, understand human’s life, think
well and usefully, including stand on the correctness.
However, the studies in Thailand have not focused on the development of
ideas and learning process of students, including the appropriation and consistency of
people’s life in the community. Students do not know how to apply knowledge or
innovation to develop themselves and their locality. A studywas set up under the state
policy aimed to encourageworkers tomeet the needs of the industrial economy of the
country importantly. Under the belief that one of development will bring prosperity to
the society through the education system, and the knowledge is also universally
accepted, including the belief of Exo-Socialization which is the study of cultural
knowledge of the community held by the central government to enhance their
knowledge in a way that it reduces a sub-communities as "Be studied" and "Be
developed" rather than anything else. Unexpected effect of education seems to be the
engine of development that transforms local education to the educational community
that "leave the place" because many children have poured into schools, and there are
