The objectives of these groups are to encourage the role of the woman in society, the unity within
family and relative. 3) The way that consuming behavior change in Thai-Kuoy society is similar to
the research of Mr. Twit Jatuworaprueg which is about the immigrated hilltribe people who
temporarily immigrate and work in Chiang Mai city (2540:56). It is found that it must start from the
adjustment of idea about life toward society, the relations in society and economic activities in
society which are very important for living and consuming and adjust for a new life in the city.
The suggestion for researches are as follows: 1. The suggestion for society: to
study the way of life, culture and feature of Kuay race people to adapt into better goods
and service, 2. the suggestion for government organization: to support the local culture
conservation and continuance and also support the occupation which integrate the
general knowledge to emerge with the Kuay’s wisdom, 3. the suggestion for private
organization: to cooperate with the community to develop the tourism and create new
products from the local knowledge and 4. the suggestion for further research: to study
about the way to conserve and restore the Thai-Kuoy culture and to ad value for the
Thai-Kuoy culture or Tourism and to study about the race of Isan people.
