And the result of the study and the opinion about the factors which influence the
good consuming of Thai-Kuoy people in Surin and Burirum province divided into 6
aspect include physical, economic, society and culture, resources and environment,
education and others. The results found that the strongly agree in 5 level include reduce
of raw material and seasoning (4.72), the increase of marriage across the races and
adjust their way of life (4.66), the change of producing from consuming into purchase
and advertise their product through media (4.65) and the increase of consume the semi-
cooked food (4.64) respectively.
The discussions are as follows: 1. the changes of food consume culture of Thai-
Kuoy people impact on many parts of economic and society and it is relevance to the
research of Mr. Suwit Teesaswat and Somsak Seesantisook (2528 – 2529): the expense
and the debt are higher and the trend to obtain more modern life, 2. the factors which
influence the change of food consuming of Thai-Kuoy people divided into different
aspect found that for the economic are the immigration of worker, the change of
producing for purchase, the support for cooperation of government organization and the
development of marketing system and food business. The society and the culture are the
new ways of life, the marriage across race, the smaller family, the reduction of the culture
satisfaction, the reduction of preserve the environment and the influence of bigger culture which
is related to the research of Miss Rung-arun Teekachunhatian and Mr. Somsak Seesantisook
