level. Folk drama arts have been perpetuated through their art loving in the folk plays aswell as the
inheritance from their parents or teachers teaching them on such field of the subject which, in this
connection, the performance of a ceremony to pay respect to their teachers is to signify the
commemorations to their teachers who gave them knowledge on the arts in performing the folk
dramas.
2. On the aspect of theway inpromoting and conserving the folkplaysvirtually appearing
in the area of Pak Panang River Basin, it is found that the promotions, conservations and
developments should be made on the appearances and structures of musical instruments, the
productions of the packages andHandbooks; Community Folk PlayGroup be formedup; Folk Play
Group be promoted; learning of folk song lyrics both the rhythms, wordings, composing
characteristics and the compositions of new songs be promoted; musical instruments as well as the
relevant dresses, role and importance of the folk plays in the societies be conserved; the instilling
and the organizing of activities for the purpose of the folk play conservations be made and
conducted.
Conclusion on the folk plays virtually appearing in the area of Pak Panang River Basin:
The purpose of this research is to seek theway topromote and conserve the cultureon the folkplays
which have remained all alongwith Pak PanangRiver Basin and involvedwith the lifestyle of the
people in the area of Pak Panang River Basin. Where on the way in such promotions and
conservations, the promotions should begin from the juveniles tomake them aware of the value of
the arts of folk plays through the co-operations between governmental organizations, various non-
governmental organizations and communities as well as the folk artists and related organizations to
adopt result of this research for practical applications in the conservations and promotions of the
folk plays virtually appearing in Pak PanangRiver Basin in the communities to perpetually remain
all alongwith thewayof life of Thai people andThailand, aswell.
