Abstract
This is a study of the Two Religious Tradition: The livelihood in the Relation of Thai –
Buddhist Thai – Muslim in Tambon Tamot , Tamot District, Pattalung Province. This research is
an analytical study of the socio-cultural of the Tamot community. The results of the study
revealed the following.
Two Religious Tradition belief, religion and values systems which are based on an
integration of traditional belief and principles of two main religions - Islam and Buddhism -
under which religious leaders. Community jointly established the community organization with
local people to serve as the central body for incorporating followers of two religions using the
Tamot temple as the meeting point and Two Religious Tradition. Furthermore, they attempted to
coordinate with other community organizations to expanded concept of Two Religious Tradition.
Values of Two Religious Tradition, it gives an account of the peculiar Tamot
community, this rite will be a good way to reduce the religious conflict between the Buddhism
and Islam of the peasants and to strengthen their community.
